Fruits and vegetables are among the most important foods for providing us with enough amounts of vitamins, minerals, and fibre. We should aim for at least 5 servings every day. For instance, a glass of fresh fruit juice at morning, an apple and a piece of watermelon as snacks, and a variety of vegetables at each meal.
